The method: 21 evenings, of these 3 hours laughing during the first week, of crying during the second week and sitting silently during the third week.

Self-Discovery Intens
Transformation in meditation. By alternating various meditation techniques, old patterns, repressions, things we do not really want to face, all this is released. As a result, an inner space is created which allows for a clearer self-consciousness and contact with the inner self. Participation is possible on a daily basis, the process is much more intensive, however, if practiced for the complete duration.
