Silence is the deepest form of meditation.The deeper you fall into yourself, the more silent you become. But still this silence bears the whole potential of our liveliness that can rise up every moment and unfold. What sounds like poetry is human life in reality.

The Open Retreats offer the possibility to meditate in silence and to regenerate over a longer period. The decision for how many days is up to you. With each day, the meditation goes deeper and deeper and the soul can restore.

The programme includes Buddhist Vipassana (watching the breath and meditative walking in turn) and the Zen technique of pure witnessing (sitting in silence in front of an inner white wall and meditative movements in own rhythm). After a group session in the beginnig, the whole retreat is spent in silence. There are 4 Vipassana sessions in the morning and 3 hours of Zen daily with longer breaks inbetween. In the mornings and evenings additional active meditations, a long walk during midday and often in the evenings an Osho discourse. The retreat closes with a final group session.

Under experienced guidance and care, your participation can turn into a totally beautiful experience or a new adventure of its own.

Begin every day possible at 6 pm, earlier check-in possible and welcome.
End Sunday appr. 7.30 pm

Price: 50,- € per day incl. full board and councelling session + 25,- € per overnight stay .
