OSHO Whirling

Whirling is a Sufis Tradition and one of their oldest techniques.
The innermost being becomes your centre and it is silent within.
1. Whirling 45 min
Your eyes are open.
Feel your centre.
Spread your arms aside.
Your right palm shows up, your left down.
Whirl left side around your axis slow at first and accelerate with the rhythm of the music.
2. Silence 15 min
When the music stops let yourself drop to the ground.
Lie on your belly and let your navel touch the floor.
Close your eyes and be still.
