This Meditation touches original feelings out of the depth of your soul which may express themselves with movements and spherical songs yearning, sadness, fulfilment and bliss.
The origin of our bodily life comes out of the ocean. Here we remember our deepest depths.


1. Preparation - 5 min.
Loosen your body, let your thoughts go, move along the music in dance, shaking, jogging and jumping - totally.

2. The ocean 20 min
Stand, run fluently or sit with closed eyes. Sway yourself and your body with the waves of the ocean and sing the original song of existence aloud and audibly with sounds and sequences of sounds out of your inner being. Leave your thoughts behind and let these sounds flow out of your inner space.
When the ocean stops roaring and music is leading further on become calm and ready for the silence.

3. Silence - 20 min.
Sit or stand with closed eyes. Let all the impressions of the battle pass over again and witness everything that is going on inside of you.

4. Coming back - 5 min.
Come back slowly into your body, into the here and now. Open your eyes and begin to celebrate gently and carefully with the music without losing your centre and inner peace.
