Meditation techniques
Vipassana Meditation
Total length: 60 min

This traditional meditation of Buddha enables you
to find the way to your inner self just by observing and letting go.
Often, new insights develop from that.
1. Sitting in silence - 45 min
Sit relaxed and upright with your eyes closed. Watch your breath come and go naturally. Only witness thoughts, emotions and sensation that rise up. By letting go and returning to your breath, entanglements dissolve, the inner vision becomes clear.
2. Walking slowly - 15 min
Stand up slowly and walk consciously in a slow pace. Be aware of each movement, inside and outside.
This form of meditation is one of the oldest and most reliable.
It is also on offer for meditation weekends and retreats.
