With this Meditation you meet the active energy in its original delicate form.
It directly effects the glands which function as controlling centres especially in the head:stimulating, motivating, accelerating.
It makes you warm, alive and happy. Its colour is red.
1. Preparation - 5 min.
You are strong and free like a bird. Patter on the spot and swing your arms in small movements and big circles. Let the music take you up into great heights and watch life from above before you slowly land again.
2. Bath of Light in Red - 20 min.
Switch on a red light. Stand or sit. Your eyes are open, the vision is soft and receptive. Allow the green to enter your soul through the eyes and colour your mind. Let the associations from this colour pass by your inner eyes and watch them carefully. Lift your hands and arms, they are your tools. Create with them softly and intuitively shapes in green light and watch them.
Calm down with the interluding music and become ready for the silence.
3. Silence - 20 min.
Sit or stand with closed eyes. Still you can feel the green light and you can recognize its vibrations and qualities. Witness all that is going on inside of you.
4. Coming back - 5 min.
Come back slowly into your body, into the here and now. Open your eyes and begin to celebrate gently and carefully with the music without losing your centre and inner peace.
