Have had enough of mind games? This meditation is a playful method to relieve your head and giving way to more clarity.
This meditation, as well as the OSHO Mystic Rose meditation, is best effective in the framework of a group process. The process runs over a week. A shorter, one-hour version alone or together with friends is also possible with a tape specially developed for this.
1. Gibberish - 45 min
Sit or stand with closed eyes.
Let gibberish flow out of you. Babbling nonsense, sounds - everything you want and how you feel like, intensely or soft. Do not use any words or languages you know. Use non-existing words. Move your body along and talk gibberish non-stop. Be intense.
2. Silence - 15 min
Sit up relaxed and calm down. Remain awake and witness what is going on inside of you.
