1. Turn into dance - 40 min
Dance as intensely as possible with closed eyes. Allow to turn into the movements that come and go, leave everything else behind. Turn into dance till the dancer disappears. This is meditation.
2. Lying down - 20 min
The eyes remain closed, lie down on your belly immediately. Remain still and awake.
3. Coming back - 5 min
Return into Here and Now and let your dance of joy fade away.
