OSHO Nadabrahma

Total length: 60 min

Osho Nadabrahma
OSHO Nadabrahma is an old Tibetan technique. You can do this meditation at every daytime, but have an empty stomach. After meditation, remain inactive for at least 15 min This meditation invites you to find rest and sink deeper inside yourself. It is both vitalizing and relaxing.

1. Humming - 30 min
Sit up in a relaxed way and with your eyes closed. Hum with your closed mouth just loud enough, so that others can still hear you. Let the vibration move over your whole body, just as a vibrating hollow bamboo. There is no special technique for breathing and after a while the humming will happen on its own.

2. Give and take - 15 min
The second stage consists of two parts each 7 minutes long. In the first stage, move your hands, palms facing upwards, in a cycle movement away from the body. Start from the navel with both hands and move forward, then each hand stages symmetrically into a cycle back to the body. The movement should be so slow, so that it seems as if your arms are not moving at all. Feel that you are giving energy to the universe.
After 7 minutes, turn your hands, palms facing downwards now, and move your hands in the opposite direction. Both hands meet now in the area of the navel and then move to both sides of the body. Feel that you are gathering energy.

3. Silence - 15 min
Sit or lie absolutely still and silent and witness what is going on inside.
