Meditation techniques
OSHO Mystic Rose
Total length: 60 min

This meditation process helps you to unleash layers of oppressed laughter and pain. Behind all this is you. Unfinished/Incomplete experiences are allowed to heal and give way to relaxation, acceptance and letting go.
This meditation was developed by Osho during a three-week meditation process in a group, where it is strongly effective inside the sheltered space of the group.
But a shorter one-hour version is possible, too, alone or still better with some of your friends, using a tape specially developed for this.
1. Laughter
Laughing with or without any reason, in any pitch of your voice and in any position. It is not important whether it is real or not. The main thing is to simply laugh and laugh and laugh.
2. Crying
Relax and come into contact with the grief and sadness inside you without getting tensed up. You may support this by imitating sounds of moaning and crying. Remain awake.
3. Silence
"The Watcher on the Hill." Sit up and relaxe, witness everthing that is going on inside of you.
This CD is available in the Bazaar.
