OSHO Mandala

This method creates an energy cycle that centres you again naturally.
1. Jogging on the spot - 15 min
Jog on the spot with open eyes - start slowly and accelerate gradually. Pull up your legs as high as possible. Breathe deeply and evenly in order to center the enery inside. Forget the mind and forget the body. Just keep on walking.
2. Like reed in the wind - 15 min
Sit with your eyes closed, mouth open and relaxed. Let the body sway softly in a circle from the waist upwards like reed in the wind. Feel the wind blowing you first in one direction, than in another one, back and forth, always in circles. This directs uprising energies into your hara.
3. Rotate your eyes - 15 min
Lie on your back, open your eyes and hold your head still. Rotate your eyes clockwise. Rotate them as quick as possible in their sockets as if they are following the second hand of a big clock. It is important that the mouth remains open and the jaw loose with a soft and even breath. In this way, your energies are centered to the third eye.
4. Silence - 15 min
Close your eyes and be still.
