Tanz der SchwerterIn this meditation you will experience
how the constant inner war expresses itself physically.
Liberation takes place in an imaginary fight
against psychic or energetic dependencies,
thus it will be a fight for one's own inner freedom.


1. Preparation - 5 min.
Loosen your body, let your thoughts go, move along the music in dance, shaking, jogging and jumping - totally.

2. The battle - 20 min. (3 parts à 7 min.)
Stand firmly on the ground in a relaxed position and with open eyes. Follow the rhythm of the music with short precise movements.

Nod with your head left, middle, right, clap your hands, than nod with your head right, middle, left, clap your hands.

Kick-step (kick hard with your foot and step forward at the same time) two steps forward. Kickstep two steps backwards.

Make three precise strokes with your right arm: right side, in front of your body and diagonally over your body and put your arm back consciously. Repeat this with your left arm.

Calm down with the interluding music and become ready for the silence.

3. Silence - 20 min.
Sit or stand with closed eyes. Let all the impressions of the battle pass over again and witness everything that is going on inside of you.

4. Coming back - 5 min.
Come back slowly into your body, into the here and now. Open your eyes and begin to celebrate gently and carefully with the music without losing your centre and inner peace.
