Tensions which were hold back can come undone and
a new transparency and clearness can be experienced.
1. Shaking - 15 min
Be relaxed and let the body shake like a tree in the wind - do not force it but allow the shaking to take over, also let go your head, hips and arms. Feel the energy rising up and spreading from the soles of your feet. Your eyes can be open or closed.
2. Dancing - 15 min
Allow the awakened energy to flow into your dance. Let your body move freely on ist own - just as you feel, with open or closed eyes. Feel the intensity.
3. Observing with music - 15 min
Close your eyes and be silent, either sitting up or standing. Let the music in and witness what is going on inside.
4. Silence - 15 min
Keep your eyes closed and lie down on your back. Remain relaxed and awake.
