OSHO Gourishankar

Total length: 60 min

gourishankar
This meditation technique, best if done in the evening, consists of 4 stages of each 15 minutes. The first two stages serve as a preparation for the spontaneous Latihan of the third stage. If you breath correctly in during the first stage, than the carbon dioxide in your blood will mount up and create a state of highness as if being on top of OSHO Gourishankar (Mount Everest).

1. Breathing - 15 min
Sit down and close your eyes. Breathe in deeply through the nose and fill up your lungs. Hold your breath as long as possible, than softly release your breath through the mouth and keep your lungs empty as long as possible. Continue this process of breathing for 15 minutes.

2. Looking into a light - 15 min
Breathe normally and with relaxed eyes look into the light of a candle or of a flickering blue lamp. Don't move your body

3. Latihan - 15 min
Get up and with closed eyes let your body be loose and receptive. Now the energy will move your body tenderly and graciously on its own without your doing. Let it happen.

4. Silence - 15 min
Lay down with closed eyes calmly and silently.
