This meditation will help you to improve the energy flow between heart and belly. The door to the soul through your heart opens up and you begin to love yourself more. The authentic expression through love will get stronger and solid blocks caused by fearfully holding on begin to resolve.
1. Preparation - 5 Min.
Breathe in and out deeply. Relax your body, wake up. Move along to the the music in dance, stretching and shaking. Let your thoughts go.
2. Passage in to the spirit - 20 Min. (4 parts à 5 Min.)
Stand, move or sit down with open eyes. Let yourself fall into the music. Sing audibly the sounds for every part (A, O, U). You can choose a free emotional expression or bring out the sounds vigorously in rhythm with the music, according to your present mood.

Calm down with the interluding music and become ready for the silence.
3. Silence - 20 Min.
Sit or stand with closed eyes. Feel the circle of energy between heart and belly, the rising feeling of inner security and warmth, witness all that is going on inside of you.
4. Coming back - 5 Min.
Come back slowly into your body, into the here and now.Open your eyes and begin to celebrate gently and carefully with the music, without losing your centre and inner peace.Take your joy of life into the here and now and celebrate it.
