Total length: 60 min

Best as daily morning meditation immedeately after you woke up and before breakfast. This meditation helps you to free yourself from unexpressed/oppressed emotions and feel alive and awake again.
1. Chaotic Breathing - 10 min
Breath chaotic and fast through your nose. Breath as fast and deeply as possible and avoid any form of rhythm. This helps you to loosen the reins of your mind. Additional body movements will support you.
2. Catharsis - 10 min
Explode! Express everything that is inside of you. Allow everything to be free without contacting or affecting anyone else. You can go nuts, shout, cry, jump, dance, sing, laugh, rant and romp around, always anew in every moment. Allow your body to move as intensely as possible. Remain total and push yourself to the limit.
3. Mantra "Huh" - 10 min
Jump up and down with raised arms. Always make contact with the flats of your feet, silmultaneously shouting the mantra "huh, huh, huh, huh", coming deeply from your stomach. Give everything you can.

4. Freeze - 15 min
Stop! Freeze exactly in the position you are in. Do not correct your position. Coughing or just a little movement is already reason enough to let the energy flow out you have built before and everything has just been a waste of effort. Close your eyes and witness everything that happens inside of you.
5. Celebration - 15 min
Rejoice in your freshly gained liveliness and express it through dance. Thank existence and let this feeling of joy unfold into the day.
It is possible to do Dynamic Meditation in silence by expressing everything that is inside intensely through the body.
