Dialogue Meditation
Total length: 60 min

Decide whether you want to talk or listen.
Sit opposite each other, cymbals lie between you.
1. stage - 30 min
The person who talks talks about everything that come up. The other stagener is listening. If s/he thinks something to be very authentic, s/he rings quietly the cymbals.
2. stage - 15 min
The person who listens repeats what s/he had listened to before. If the partner feels that something matches exactly what s/he said, s/he rings quietly the cymbals.
3. stage: Silence - 15 min
Both partners sit away from each other, each on their own and witness what is happening inside.
