OSHO Chakra Breathing

Total length: 60 min

With this meditation you can become aware of the 7 chakras (energy centres). This is accompanied by music and sounds.

1. Breathing - 45 min

Stand, legs spread astage at shoulder length, the body is loose and relaxed, eyes closed. Breath deeply and with open mouth deep and fast into your first chakra. While breathing, focus the energy to the area of your pelvis, the center of the first chakra. Put emphasis both on breathing in and on breathing out. Do not force your breath, but find your own approbriate pace and rhythm. Become aware of the feelings in each chakra.

Breathe into the first chakra till you hear the sound of the bells. Then move to the second chakra and so on. At each ring of the bell, move up to the next chakra, let your breath become faster and softer. At the seventh chakra, your breath should have reached double the speed as of the first one. After breathing into the seventh chakra, you will hear the ring of the bells three times. Now move back again from top to bottom, while letting your breath become slower and slower. The energy of the seventh chakra will flow down on ist own to the other chakras and unites all chakras as in a rainbow. Breathing downward takes two minutes as well.

After this sequence stand still for a while and start again. The whole sequence (both up and down) will be repeated three times and takes 45 minutes. If you cannot feel yet any of chakras, breathe to the assumed area of each chakra.

2. Silence - 15 min

Sit relaxed. Witness and witness everything inside of you, do not judge.
