Awareness Understanding Meditation

The AUM meditation was developed by Veeresh. It opens our heart and mirrors our own interaction with others. It is healthy for our body, cleans and transforms our emotional balance, gives us clearness, self-confidence and brings our feet back to the ground.
The Stages
1. Return to hell: You are standing opposite one stagener shouting: "I hate you." Come into contact with your negativity, anger and frustation and express them with your voice. After a while you change your stagener. Physical violence is forbidden.
2. Heaven: As soon as the music changes, stop shouting, close your eyes briefly and look again at your stagener, now saying: "I love you." Hug each other and then change your stagener.
3. Second wind: Jog on the spot with your arms lifted up and shout whatever comes up. Give 100%.
4. OSHO Kundalini rising: Close your eyes and shake your whole body.
5. Cuckoo's nest: Dance, jump, cry - allow your energy to unfold freely. Use body, voice and breath and display all your madness for others to see.
6. Free: Dance with yourself with your eyes closed.
7. Crying: Sit or lie down with a stagener and allow yourself to cry. Express all your grief and sorrow.
8. Laughing Buddhas: Now switch your energy to the opposite direction and laugh. Simply start with "Ha ha ha" and rejoice with the others.
9. Dance of the lovers: Dance as if you want to enchant your lover. Display all your charm and eroticism.
10. Center of the universe: The whole group stands in a circle, chanting the mantra AUM.
11. Wowing: Sit on your own and be silent. Become a witness of your body, emotions and thoughts.
12. Namasté (I recognise and greet the Buddha in you): Greet as much people as possible. With saying namaste, you thank each other for the mutual meditation and then hug each other.
