Terms and conditions

Stay and participation in groups and events are on one's own responsibility and risk. Therefore, age of consent (18yrs.) or a written agreement of a parent is necessary.

The center, its residents and facilities have to be treated in a respectful and attentive way. Instructions of authorized staff have to be followed. Rough offences lead to expulsion from stay or group(s), and, possibly, a claim for damages.
In case of an infectious illness, a stay is only possible after consultation with staff.

In case of severe physical or mental disability an additional consultation with your own physician should take place before your stay.

Drugs (including alcohol) are not allowed in the Manjusha Center. Smokers should at least limit their cigarette consumption. The whole Center area is a non-smoking area except for a special smoker's corner outside. Please note that offences concerning drugs will always lead to an expulsion.

Reservations for an overnight-stay or for participation in a group are only valid in written form (this can be informal) and with a deposit of € 25,-. With this, a reservation is guaranteed. Full payment has to be made one week in advance.

In case of cancellation up to 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be kept or used as a deposit for an alternative group reservation. In case of a short-term cancellation, 50% of the full sum is due. After begin of the group or in case of early departure, payment is not refundable.

For group events, the group instructor reserves the right to cancel a booking should the group prove to be unsuitable for a participant. In this case, all payments are refunded.
